Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund of the purchase price or exchange the product for another one of the same value, be it similar or not.
You may return a product for up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer
If, when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damage, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact SALCO WATCHES within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To make a return please complete the contact form below, providing your full name, order number, contact details and reasons for the return. You must then return the watch by mail to us within 30 days. The buyer is fully liable for the cost of postage and packing for the return of the item.
We suggest that you send your item(s) via insured, traceable means, such as FEDEX, DHL etc. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
